What if there's a shipping incident?
Damaged in transit:
If the item is damaged in transit, you will need to file a claim through Status of your purchase > Get Help > Item damaged in transit and provide the information requested.
The shipment has not arrived:
Once the package has been handed over by the seller, we recommend that you first check the company's tracking information for updates on the status of your shipment: BRT tracking information.

The shipping status has not been updated:
Please note that it may take a few hours for the shipping status to be updated on Wallapop. If you have already received your package, you can indicate this on the tracking screen. For more information on how to proceed, see: Shipping status is not updated.
