When you open the dispute you will need to submit evidence to show why the return was requested and also a brief description of what does not match the item offered by the seller.
Wallapop will conduct a review to make a decision always taking into account our Return Policy. The seller will be contacted by us to be informed about the dispute and to ask him to provide us with any information we may need to resolve the case.
