If a shipment cannot be delivered, it will be returned to the sender.
To know the reason for the return, check the locator of the transport company with which the shipment was made: Poste Italiane or BRT.
If the shipment was made with Poste Italiane:
A delivery attempt will be made to the sender's address. In case of not being able to deliver, the delivery person will leave a proof of passage and will send an SMS or an email. Afterwards, the package will be available to pick up at your reference post office for 7 days.
If the shipment was made with BRT:
2 delivery attempts will be made to the sender's address and then the shipment will be available for pick-up at a pick-up point for 10 days from the first delivery attempt.
For everyone:
In the event that the collection period has passed and you have not gone to look for the package, it will be archived. Once the package is archived, there is a maximum period of 90 days from the first delivery attempt to retrieve it. If you want to recover it, you must contact us from the button that you will find below so that we can manage it with the transport company.
Our recommendation is that in case you do not receive the package at your address, you pick it up within this established period in order to facilitate the management since after this period the recovery may be more difficult.
