Shipping a product is very simple, just follow these steps:
You will receive a notification in the chat when a user makes a purchase from you.
By accessing the screen, you will be able to view the purchase details, the user's name, and the offered price for the item, as well as the photo of the product for which you were contacted.
You must also provide your address as the sender in case the package cannot be delivered or a return needs to be made. This data may be shared with couriers for the proper functioning of the service and will be visible on the shipping label that the buyer will receive. The use of this data is exclusively for shipping purposes and will not be used for any other reason. You will also need to add your bank account to receive payments. Remember that after accepting the shipment, if you wish, you can cancel the transaction at any time before handing over the package to the courier without any penalty for you or the buyer.
At the bottom of the screen, you will find the options to accept or decline the shipment.
You will receive a code to make the shipment; the buyer's address is not required, you only need to show this code at the Post Office.
Now you need to pack the product. For more information on how to pack your product, check this article: Tips for good packaging. It is necessary to attach the label to the package.
You have 5 calendar days (including weekends) to ship the item. Note that if the expiration date falls on a Saturday, it will be moved to Monday, and if it falls on a Sunday, it will be moved to Tuesday.
Once the package is shipped, the buyer will receive it in 4-8 days. Once the package is received and the status is updated to 'delivered', the buyer has 48 hours to verify that the product corresponds to what was agreed upon with the seller, after which the payment is automatically transferred to your wallet. The buyer can also select the "Item is ok" option from both the app and the web after checking that everything is correct to avoid having to wait 48 hours for the payment to be processed.
