Wallapop will conduct a review to make a decision always taking into account our Return Policy. You will be contacted by us to be informed about the dispute and to ask you to provide us with any information we may need to resolve the case.
In case the seller does not want to accept the return, you can reply to Wallapop. Our agents will review the case and make a decision taking into account our return policy.
If the dispute is definitely accepted by Wallapop, the buyer will receive a return code with which he/she must deliver the package to the nearest post office within a maximum period of 10 calendar days. It is necessary to properly pack the products to avoid damage in shipping.
Once the seller has received the returned product, we will place the refund order. The buyer will receive their money back within 1 - 5 business days depending on the payment method.
In the event of a return, Wallapop will pay for the return shipping costs.
If the dispute is rejected by Wallapop, payment will automatically be made to the seller's wallet. If you do not yet have a wallet, please update your application.
