After receiving the product, the buyer has 48 hours to check its condition. After this time, if no dispute is submitted, the seller will receive the transaction amount in the wallet.
If the product received does not conform to what was agreed upon, the buyer may submit dispute via chat with the seller.
The seller will receive the dispute submitted by the buyer. He will have the option to accept or reject it. In case he accepts it, a return code will be generated that will allow the buyer to return the product.
In case the seller does not want to accept the return, he has the option to appeal to Wallapop. Our agents will review the case and make a decision taking into consideration our Return Policy. Keep in mind that we may contact you if we need more information about the facts. In such a case, please note that if you do not provide the information requested by Wallapop to review the dispute within the specified time limit (48 hours), the dispute will be rejected.
If the return is eventually accepted by the seller or Wallapop, the buyer will receive a return code.
In the case of domestic shipments (IT-IT), the buyer must deliver the product to a Poste Italiane Office within a maximum of 5 calendar days. If the package is not delivered within the deadline, the claim will be canceled and payment will be sent to the seller.
In the case of international shipments (IT-ES), the buyer must deliver the package to a BRT point within 5 calendar days maximum. If the package is not delivered within the deadline, the claim will be canceled and payment will be sent to the seller.
The buyer must pack the products in such a way as to avoid damage during shipment. For more information on how to properly pack products, you can refer to: Tips for good packaging.
Once the seller has received the returned product, a refund order will be processed. The buyer will receive the money within a period of 3-10 business days, depending on the payment method.
In case of a return, Wallapop will bear the return shipping cost.
If the claim is rejected by Wallapop, the payment will automatically be made to the seller's wallet. If you do not yet have a wallet, please update your app.
