To check and manage your current requests, you can do it from the app by following these steps:

Access the "You" section in the navigation bar.
At the bottom of the screen, you will find the "Need help?" section where you must access.
In this new screen:
- If your device is Android, you will find the "Current conversation" option at the bottom of the options.
- If your device is iOS, you will find the "Current conversation" option at the top of the screen.

If you are waiting for a reply from our team through the app, please do not log out to see our reply correctly.

If you have contacted us via web, you will receive our reply via email.

In some cases, you may be required to verify your email address when submitting a request.
