This service enables long- and short-haul shipments of products published on Wallapop, in a secure manner for both buyer and seller. Shipments will be made by Poste Italiane or by BRT - Bartolini depending on the type of shipment. For more information on the shipping zones available see shipping zones.
How to buy with Wallapop Shipping?
To use this service, the buyer must make a purchase via the "Buy" button at the bottom of the listing. Purchases can be made via the Wallapop app or webpage.
Should the buyer wish to ask the seller questions about the product, they can do so via chat. To open the conversation, he will have to access the listing and click on the 'Chat' button next to the seller's name.
Where can I receive the product I bought or deliver the product I want to sell?
At the time of purchase, the buyer will have to choose between the different shipping and payment methods available, while the seller will be asked to indicate the method of delivery of the parcel to the courier.

How can I accept the sale?
The seller will then have 24 hours to confirm or refuse to send the product; they can do this via the app or the Wallapop website.
Once confirmed, the seller will have 5 natural days to proceed with sending the product.
Can I send more than one item?
Please note that each tracking number is intended to send only one product, so it is not possible to split or group shipments.
Do I have to print the label?
A printable label or QR code will be generated upon confirmation, depending on the courier selected by the purchaser.
How can I check the status of my shipment?
Both seller and buyer will be kept up-to-date on the status of the shipment directly on the mobile app or on the Wallapop website. It is also possible to track parcels via the Italian Post Office or BRT web pages using the tracking number provided.
When will I receive the payment?
The buyer will receive the parcel in approximately 4 working days from the moment it has been handed over by the seller to the courier. Once the package has been received, and after the 48 hours within which the buyer can complain about a possible problem, payment will be made to the seller who will receive it in Wallapop's wallet. The seller may then use it for subsequent purchases or transfer it to a bank account.
