The buyer has no option to cancel a purchase. In order to cancel a transaction, you must contact the seller and ask them not to accept the sale, or if they have already accepted it, to cancel the transaction with the button in the Sales > On going section.
Please note that if the seller doesn't cancel it and doesn't deliver the package to the transport company the transaction will expire in 5 calendar days. After that, your money will be automatically refunded.
Once cancelled it will not be possible to send the package with the Post Office code we have generated for this transaction. The amount corresponding to the cancelled transaction will be refunded in the payment method used in approximately 3-10 business days. Please note that if you have made the payment with a credit card, the refund may be reflected in the following monthly payments.
For bundle shipments, in the event of unavailability of a product in the bundle once accepted, the seller must cancel the transaction before sending the package. To do this, you must access Sales > On going > See instructions > Cancel shipment at the bottom of the tab. Once cancelled, the buyer will be able to create a new bundle without the unavailable product.
