If you have sold a product on Wallapop and you have not yet received the amount due for the sale, it could be for several reasons:
Has the buyer received the product yet?
Remember that the buyer has 48 hours from the delivery of the package to perform this verification. As soon as the buyer confirms that the product received is correct or the claim period ends, the amount will be transferred to your wallet immediately.
Is the amount in your wallet?
The income from sales made through Wallapop Shipping will appear in your wallet automatically when the buyer has confirmed that the product is in good condition.
Once the money is available in your wallet you can decide whether if you want to keep it as a balance to buy on Wallapop (with shipping or in person) or transfer the money to your bank account at no additional cost and receive it in 2-5 business days.
Remember that if you want to transfer the money to your bank account, you must have it registered in Wallapop.
