How?
You will receive the money from your sales in your wallet as soon as the buyer confirms that the product received is correct. Remember that the buyer has 48 hours from the delivery of the package to perform this verification. After the deadline to claim, the money will be transferred immediately.
Once you have the money in your wallet, you will have several options:
- Accumulate credit and use it whenever you want to buy on Wallapop (for more information on how to do this check: Pay with the wallet).
- Make a payment in person (for more information see: Pay in person with your wallet).
- Transfer it to your bank account at no additional cost (for more information see: Register payment and withdrawal methods).
When?
The amount of your sale will be reflected in your wallet after the buyer receives the product and can verify that it is correct. Remember that the buyer has 48 hours to complete this verification once the carrier confirms delivery was made. As soon as the buyer confirms that the product received is correct, the amount will be immediately credited to your wallet.
If you want to transfer the money to your bank account, you must have it registered in Wallapop. The time to receive the amount is between 3-5 working days.
