Both Poste Italiane and Bartolini make two delivery attempts.
In case after these two attempts it was not possible to deliver it:
The buyer will receive a notice of non-delivery by e-mail that will allow him or her:
- Choose a new date and time slot for delivery
- select a BRT-fermopoint collection point
- modify the address
Remember that after two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will remain in storage for 10 calendar days and after this time will be returned to the sender.
If the Poste Italiane fails to deliver the package it will issue a non-delivery notice.
Remember that after two failed delivery attempts, the package will remain in storage for 7 calendar days in which the buyer must contact Wallapop to solve the problem.
If the package has not been picked up within the deadline, it will be returned to the sender.
