If the shipment cannot be delivered to the recipient or a dispute is accepted, a return is made to the seller.
In what situations is a return processed?
If the package cannot be delivered to the requested address, after two delivery attempts, due to absence, refusal,... from the buyer a return is processed to the seller.
- For returns made with Poste Italiane, if the buyer does not pick up the package within 7 calendar days, the package will be returned.
- For returns made with Bartolini, the package will remain at the pickup point for 10 calendar days before being returned.
- For returns made with InPost, the package will remain at the pickup point/locker for 7 working days before being returned.
If the buyer opens a dispute and it is accepted by Wallapop, a return is also made to the seller.
In the event that a package enters Customs due to misuse of the service, the return of the shipment to the seller will also be requested. However, in this situation, returns cannot be guaranteed and Wallapop cannot be held responsible.
Can I track my return?
Both seller and buyer can follow up on the locators of the transport companies: Poste Italiane / Bartolini / InPost.
And what about my money?
Once the return is delivered, the buyer will receive the refund in the payment method used within 3-10 business days.
