Here are the reasons why a package may not have arrived:
- The carrier was unable to pick up the package because the dimensions were larger than allowed. Therefore, the package will be returned to the store where it was delivered and accepted. In order to help you in this case, please contact us from the button below.
- The package has been lost. In this case, there is a 15-day claim period from the admission of the package. If 15 days have not yet passed since the package was received, we ask that you wait until this period has passed before contacting us. If 15 days have already passed since the package was accepted, please contact us by clicking the button below.
- The package is on hold due to a problem with the delivery address. For more information, please check the article: On hold post office packages.
- The package has not been delivered and is being returned to the seller. To find out the status of the shipment, please consult the tracking number of the transport company with which the shipment was sent: Poste Italiane/ Bartolini. In this case, please contact us using the button below so we can verify the problem.
