Shipping types, sizes, and weights
Below you will find the sizes and weights allowed for shipping through Wallapop:
The maximum weight allowed is 30 kg per shipment including packaging. If a product exceeds this weight, it is not possible to ship it via Wallapop shipments.
As for size, if packaged in a box, the sum of the length, height and width cannot exceed 150 cm. Also, the length cannot exceed 100cm. Remember also that the minimum measurements for the package are 15x10 cm.
The weight must be placed by the seller in the ad at the time of uploading the product and only the seller can edit it. If you haven’t stated it when uploading your ad, you'll need to edit the ad and add the weight to make the transaction.
As for packaging, Correos does not allow packaging with advertising from third parties. Boxes must be plain and white or brown. The shipment of irregular products is not allowed either. If the Post Office considers that the packaging is not appropriate for the transport of the product, it will suggest the purchase of the boxes that have an extra cost to the seller.

Service costs
The service costs are the Wallapop Shipping and Protection fees. Both costs are mandatory to use the Wallapop Shipping service.
Service costs are paid by the buyer. Wallapop Shipping is free of charge to the seller, except in cases where home pickup is requested, the amount will be deducted from the product amount at the time of payment.
Packaging will be the responsibility of the seller. It is not possible to purchase envelopes or boxes at the post office and pay for them through Wallapop.
The maximum amount allowed on Wallapop Shipping is 2500€, if the price exceeds this amount you cannot make the transaction through Wallapop Shipping. The minimum amount allowed is 1€, it is not possible to request a lower amount.
The total amount of the service can be checked in the payment summary screen, always before confirming the payment.

Shipping areas
You can use the Wallapop Shipping service for purchases from both Spain and Italy.
There are currently no shipments available from/to Andorra, Republic of San Marino, Vatican City, or locations included in the following lists: Excluded Locations (applicable to shipments from/to Italy and Spain).
The application does not accept zip codes (ZIP codes) from excluded locations. Remember that in the event of a return, the package will be sent to the address provided by the sender.
Please remember that, as stated in the Terms and Conditions and the Specific Terms for Wallapop’s Shipping Service, failure to comply with weight, size, and/or permitted service requirements (such as not adhering to authorized drop-off points) may result in the Seller losing the right to a refund in the event of loss or damage to the item.
