Now you can top up money in your wallet and use it to make purchases on Wallapop. This option is only available from the Wallapop app.
To do this you must follow these steps:
- Access your wallet from the app and click on the "Top up" button. Remember that in order to recharge money you must have your identity verified. For more information on how to verify your identity see the article: Verify my identity.
- In the next screen you will have to indicate how much money you want to top up and the bank card used.
- Then you will see a summary and the fee charged for the top up. Once you confirm, you will see the money available in your wallet and you can use it to make purchases on Wallapop.
You will be able to see the top ups made in your wallet's transaction history in the Inflows section. Please note that in this section you will only see the amount of the top up but not the fee for the top up.
Possible errors and solutions during the recharge
I don't have my identity verified

The recharge was not successful
Check that you have a good connection and that all the data is correct to top up and try again.
